Cecil Cosey Started Black Star Entertainment in 1999 Always having a ear for good music he started giving small rap shows in Detroit Michigan at local clubs and bars trying to find that act that would take him over the top.Black Star Entertainment then went on to develope relationships with Detroit artist like Big Herk , Tone Tone ,Trick  Trick ,Kim and Monica Blair to name a few .Black Star Entertainment has now moved on , we didcate or energy and time into helping people who are less fortunate then most ,we are gearing up for BSE's first annual charity concert which is to be held on August 17th at the newly renovated Redford Theater in Detroit Mi , Starring Robert Curry of Day 26 and Rough Dogg Recording Artist Shonda Jay , "This is just the start" Says Cecil Cosey founder and owner BSE we have a lot more groud to cover....
